From I-81, take Exit 23 and go towards Greeneville. Take the South Business 70/11E Exit to 70/321 South. If coming from the West, take a right off the exit ramp and it is 0.1 miles to the 1st redlight. If from the East, take a left.
At the redlight, turn right onto 70/321 South. Stay on 70 South for 6.1 miles.
---321 will separate from 70 at an intersection, stay straight on 70.
---Pass Food City on left.
---Pass Airshie Stable on left.
---Pass Greene Lawne Cemetary on left.
After 6.1 miles, turn left onto East Allens Bridge Road with the Kinser Park sign.
---Pass Golf Course on left.
---Pass UT Tobacco Experiment on left. A right turn will be coming up quickly soon after seeing the tobacco farm.
After 2.5 miles, turn right with the Kinser Park sign.
After 100 feet, turn right at the T-intersection with the Kinser Park sign.
After 0.9 miles, turn right.

---Enter Kinser Park
---Pass baseball fields on left.
After 1.2 miles, turn right and the camping area will be ahead on the left.
