Cooking contest: Fix a dish of your choice to share with the populace the feast. Our feast space is limited to 50 available spaces. To be served during the second remove the dish should have a reasonable size serving for appx. 20, or give about 50 a taste of the dish.  The idea is not to feed the hall on your entry alone.  Documentation is not required.  All dishes must have a medieval flair and an ingrediant list to be presented with the dish.  There will be some coleman stoves available for heating, first come, first served

Brewing and Vinting: Bring your homemade libations for a Saturday evening competition. Drivers License required to compete or judge. Just prior to the feast will be a tasting of brewed beverages and cordials presented with light refreshments provided by the Shire.  You must present a valid photo id showing your age over 21 to taste any alcoholic beverage.  There will be some gourmet sodas available for those under 21.
