•      Site Information: Tenting Only with nice shower houses.  Discreetly dry.  No ground fires.  Leashed pets allowed.  Quiet Time at 11:00.  RV/Camper space available through Kinser Park.  Site opens Friday at 5:00 pm and closes Sunday at 12:00 pm.  Troll will be closing prior to the procession and re-opening after the tournament.

•      Directions: From I-81, take Exit 23 to Greeneville. Take South Business 70/11E Exit to 70/321 South. If from the West, take a right off exit ramp and it is 0.1 miles to the 1st redlight. (If from the East, take a left.) At light, turn right onto 70/321 South. Take 70 South for 6.1 miles, turn left onto East Allens Bridge Road. After 2.5 miles, turn right. After 100 feet, turn right at the T-intersection. After 0.9 miles, turn right. After 1.2 miles, turn right and the camping area will be ahead on the left.

•      Feast: Has a Crusader theme and it is limited to 120 people.  A light lunch and a continental breakfast will be served.  The full menu will be posted on shire webpage.

• Archery!!! - Ronan MacMorton of our shire will be organizing some IKAC activities during the event. Interested gentles should contact him at ronanmacmorton@hotmail.com for more information.

• Fighters!!! - There will be plenty of pick-ups after the tournament, be sure to bring your armour.

• Merchants!!! - Merchants will need to bring their own tables and shades to show their wares. There will be a reserved area near the wooden pavilions for merchants to use.

Early Bird Discount: Deduct $3.00 if reservation mailed prior to September 15, 2003. Off-board: Deduct $6.00.

No email or phone reservations accepted. 

Per Kingdom Law, no family will be charged in excess of 3 adult member prices, providing all family members are paid members of the Society.  Non-member rates reflect NMS fee.
