The Seneschal is the group's representative and contact person to the modern world. This position is similar to a club's president.

Arts & Sciences The Minister of Arts and Sciences coordinates the study and practice of the medieval arts and sciences. Maras Qaylah bint Aamir, MKA Stephanie Smith
Chatelaine

Helps newcomers. Provides information and helps arrange loaner items.

Lord Phaelon Haroldson
Chronicler Maintains the groups newsletter. Because of cost, our group has converted to an on-line newletter as many groups. Lord Ronan MacMorton, MKA Kevin Grindstaff
Constable Supervises security at events, oversees waiver information, and reports on event activities. Lord Bjorn Brendarson, MKA Jack Flanary
Herald The local heraldic officer is in charge of making announcements and helping people research their names and heraldic devices. Lady Eva Sanchez
Historian Maintains an historical record about local history and events of import. Currently none in residence.
Knight Marshal Reponsible for the rules and regulations concerning heavy weapons and archery. Sees to the safety of the participants. Lord Sean McGarrow, MKA John Straight
Reeve

The Reeve is in charge of handling the financial affairs and group bank accounts. This position is similar to a club's treasurer.

Elissa
Rapier Marshal

Reponsible for the rules and regulations concerning rapier fighting. Supervises rapier practices and sees to the safety of the participants.

Currently none are in residence.
Target Archery Marshal Ensures that all live weapons activities are safe, fair,and enjoyable. Lord Ronan MacMorton, MKA Kevin Grindstaff
Webminister

Maintains the group's website and administers the Shire's list serve. Often combined with the Chronicler's office.
